Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zabývám finančním hodnocením výkonnosti podniku pomocí metody benchmarking, kterou aplikuji na pět vybraných pojišťoven. V teoretické části se zabývám definicemi, historií, jaké typy a fáze benchmarkingu jsou, dále ukazateli hodnoty podniku a různými možnostmi měření, nezapomněla jsem zmínit SWOT analýzu. Největší pozornost věnuji benchmarkingu finančnímu, který dále v praktické části aplikuji na Českou pojišťovnu, Kooperativu, Allianz, Uniquu a Generali. Finanční benchmarking hodnotím poměrovými ukazateli – ukazatel likvidity, rentability, zadluženosti, aktivity, tržní hodnoty a cash flow. Jelikož výkazy pojišťoven jsou odlišné od výkazů podnikových, bylo obtížné vybrat správné ukazatele. Všechny ukazatele jsou porovnány a zhodnoceny. V nefinanční analýze se věnuji podílem na trhu, analýzou zaměstnanců a analýzou péče o zákazníky.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis I deal with financial assessment of company performance through benchmarking methods, in particular in applying the five selected insurance companies. In theory of diploma thesis we would like to deal with definitions, history, what types of benchmarking phase are further indicators of value different options. In last part I didn’t forget to mention measurement SWOT. The biggest emphasis in diploma thesis is on topic benchmarking financial, which further in practical to apply for insurance, since Kooperativa, Allianz, Generali Uniquu. Financial benchmarking indicators were indicator of liquidity, profitability, leverage, activity, the market value of the cash flow. Since the statements of insurance companies were different from the statements of the enterprise, it was difficult to select the right indicators of them. All indicators are compared, evaluated. In the non-financial analysis, I content market profitability analysis of customer care.
