Cost control at bank and ways of its management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolou a řízením nákladů v bance. Teoretická část je zaměřena na kontrolu a řízení nákladů a jejich alokaci a sledování moderních přístupů. V praktické části pak navrhuji strukturu schvalovacích a kontrolních procesů nákladů a investic, analyzuji tyto procesy v konkrétní bance a navrhuji možné cesty efektivnějších informačních toků. Cílem práce je provést analýzu existujících kontrolních a schvalovacích procesů nákladů a investic v bance. Na základě této analýzy navrhnout optimalizaci informačních toků a efektivního sledování interních a externích nákladů a jejich alokaci, společně s návrhem na managerské reporty.

Abstract:

The Degree work deals with bank control and management of costs. The theoretical part is focused on control and management of costs, their allocation and monitoring of modern approaches. In the practical part I suggest a structure of approval and control processes of costs and investments. I analyse these processes in a particular bank and suggest possible ways of more efficient information flows. The goal is to analyze the existing control and approval processes of costs and investments in the bank. Based on this analysis, design optimization of information flows and effective monitoring of internal and external costs and their allocation, together with a proposal for managerial reports.
