Abstract:

Začal Pavel: INSTITUCE POSKYTUJÍCÍ VČASNOU INTERVENCI U DĚTÍ SE SLUCHOVÝM POSTIŽENÍM V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE, Diplomová práce, Brno: Masarykova univerzita 2008, stran – 81. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o systému rané péče u sluchově postižených. Dále popisuje problematiku sluchového postižení z medicínského hlediska. Seznamuje se sluchem jako smyslem a funkcí sluchového aparátu. Jsou zde popsány typy sluchového postižení i vyšetřovací metody vedoucí k jejich odhalení. V závěru teoretické práce je zmíněn význam komunikace a její typy. Také způsoby komunikace sluchově postižených. V empirické části popisuji výzkumné techniky, metody a charakterizuji zkoumaný vzorek, interpretuji výsledky výzkumného šetření. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno na práci všech poskytovatelů rané péče v naší republice.

Abstract:

Začal Pavel: Institutions Providing Early Intervention to Children with Hearing Impairments in the Czech Republic, Diploma work, Masaryk University in Brno, 2008, 81 pages. This dissertation is composed of two parts, the first being theoretical, and the second being practical. The theoretical part discusses the system of early intervention with the hearing impaired. This dissertation furthermore describes the difficulties of the hearing impaired from a medical point of view. It also informs the reader of what hearing is as a sense and the function of the hearing mechanism. This dissertation describes types of hearing problems and examination methods leading to their diagnosis. At the end of the theoretical part I will present the meaning of communication and its types. I will also list the ways of communication used by the hearing impaired. In its empiric part I describe research technigues and methods, characterize the investigate sample and furthermore provide interpretation of results of the investigative research. My research was focused on the work of all providers of early intervention in the Czech Republic.
