Analysis of the possibilities of savings instruments to the retirement and selection of unsuitable tools.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na současné spořící nástroje na českém trhu. V teoretické části byl zhodnocen vývoj starobního důchodu podle současných podmínek a zároveň byly také představeny vybrané spořící nástroje, které existují na českém trhu. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na hodnocení vybraných nástrojů dle stanovených kritérií, především z pohledu rizikovosti a výnosnosti. Výzkum byl proveden ve spolupráci s přední českou poradenskou společností v oblasti financí, společností Fincentrum a. s. Na základě výsledků výzkumu byl v poslední kapitole uveden nejvhodnější produkt spoření a tím je doplňkové penzijní spoření a také nejméně vhodné nástroje spoření z pohledu efektivity, kterými byly dva spořící účty, jeden termínovaný vklad a jedna vkladní knížka. Stavební spoření nepředstavilo žádné neočekávané výkyvy a naopak rozdíly ve zhodnocení doplňkového penzijního spoření byly očekávané. Zároveň byly také uvedeny důvody možné neefektivity na trzích spořících produktů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the current savings instruments on the Czech market. In the theoretical part the development of the old-age pension was evaluated according to the current conditions and at the same time was also presented the selected savings instruments, which exist on the Czech market. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the evaluation of selected instruments according to established criteria, especially in terms of risk and profitability. The research was carried out in cooperation with the leading Czech consultancy company in the field of finance, Fincentrum a. s. On the basis of the research the last chapter listed the most advantageous product for savings, which was the supplementary pension insurance and the least suitable efficiency-saving instruments, such as two savings accounts, term deposit and one bankbook. The building savings did not represent any unexpected fluctuations and the differences in the appreciation of supplementary pension savings were expected. At the same time, the reasons for possible inefficiencies in the savings product markets were also stated.
