Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro internetový obchod s pánským sportovním oblečením. Plán je zpracován na základě strategické analýzy, která zahrnuje sestavení finančních výkazů důležitých pro budoucí rozhodování. Výsledkem práce je konkrétní podnikatelský plán a návrh strategie nové firmy při vstupu na trh.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with business plan for electronic sportwear store for men. The plan is based on strategic analysis including financial statements important for future decisions. Thesis provides concrete business plan and draft strategy for new company entering the market.
