Abstract:

Vystavělová, S. Náborový proces studentů ve vybrané agentuře práce. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou náborového procesu studentů v agentuře práce Jobinn & Hostessinn. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jak se cílová skupina během náborového procesu chová a následně odhalit, jaké jsou jeho silné a slabé stránky. Výsledky bakalářské práce jsou postaveny na výsledcích dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s jednatelem agentury práce. Tyto výsledky jsou taktéž zdrojem vhodných doporučení pro zlepšení náborového procesu studentů agentury práce, ale i dalších zaměstnavatelů, kteří se se stejnou problematikou potýkají.

Vystavělová, S. Recruitment process of students in the selected employment agency. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. The bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of the recruitment process of students in the employment agency Jobinn & Hostessinn. Its goal is to find out how the target group behaves during the recruitment process and then reveal what its strengths and weaknesses are. The outcome of the bachelor's thesis is considered based on the results of a questionnaire survey and an interview with a managing director. These outcomes are also a source of appropriate recommendations for improving the recruitment process of students in the selected employment agen-cy, as well as other employers who face the same problematics.
