Competitive environment analysis

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzami konkurenčního prostředí firmy Autoškola Váňa v Písku. Jsou zde podrobně rozebrány jak vnitřní tak také vnější faktory, které na podnik působí. Jako první jde zde věnován čas SWOT analýze, ve které se zjišťují slabé, silné stránky podniku a taktéž příležitosti a hrozby, ze kterých posléze vyjde současná pozice podniku na trhu. Dále se práce zabývá dalšími analýzami, jakou je Porterův model pěti sil, strategické mapy, analýza konkurentů, BCG matice, PEST analýza a analýza specifických příležitostí. Práce není založena pouze na strategických analýzách, ale taktéž na dotazníkovém šetření v podniku, při kterém posuzujeme spokojenost jak minulých, tak nynějších zákazníků v podniku. Na základě těchto analýz a vyhodnoceného dotazníků, budou v závěru vypsána případná doporučení, která by mohla oživit tento zmiňovaný podnik a přivést ho tak k většímu zisku.

Abstract:

In this work it is analyzing the competitive environment of Autoškola Váňa in Písek. In this company it is analyzing in detail both internal as well as external factors on which the company operates. The first of them devoted their time to the SWOT analysis, in which I find both weak and strong points of the company and also the opportunities and threats of which eventually comes out the current position on the market. The work is concerning here with other analyzes, such as Porter's five forces model, strategic map, analysis of competitors, BCG matrix scheme, PEST analysis and analysis of specific opportunities. The work it is not pay attention only of strategic analysis, but it also conducted a questionnaire survey in the company in which it find satisfaction both past and current clients of driving school. In conclusion, I put up with any recommendations that could revive the company mentioned.
