Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku trestu smrti. This thesis is focuses on the issue of the death penalty. The aim of this diploma thesis is summary of death penalty and analysis wider problem of right to life focusing on legal aspects of death penalty and on public opinion.
