Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na implementaci Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku. Pomocí tohoto konceptu jsou určena hlavní finanční a nefinanční měřítka výkonnosti. Na jejich základě může podnik lépe měřit a řídit svoji výkonnost. Diplomová práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_01 „Podniková ekonomika a ekonomie“.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on implementation of Balanced Scorecard in a selected company. This concept enables identification of the main financial and nonfinancial measures of performance. As a result the company can better measure and drive its performance. The thesis is a part of a research project analysis of the STING ACADEMY named IGA_AS_01 „Business Economics and Economy“.
