Conceptual design of wishbone axle kinematics for road vehicle

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem kinematiky lichoběžníkové nápravy silničního vozidla. Na začátku práce je popis druhů náprav silničních vozidel a popis jejich vlastností. Hlavní část práce se zabývá rozborem variant uspořádání ramen z hlediska jejich délek a z hlediska jejich sklonu na parametry zavěšení vozidlového kola. Poznatky z rozboru těchto variant vedou k výslednému návrhu kinematických bodů lichoběžníkové nápravy.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the kinematic design of double wishbone suspensions of road vehicles. The theses begins with the description of the types of axles of road vehicles and the description of their characteristics. The main part of the thesis is concerned with the analysis of the variation of arms setting in terms of their lengths and their tilt by the parameters of the suspension of the vehicle wheel. The piece of knowledge from the analysis of these variants leads to the resulting proposition of kinematic points of double wishbone suspensions.
