Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Právna úprava poisťovníctva a zaisťovníctva v SR“ je analyzovať právnu úpravu poisťovníctva a zaisťovníctva v Slovenskej republike. Prvá časť je zameraná na teoretické aspekty poistného trhu, poisťovníctva a zaisťovníctva. Druhá časť popisuje zákonnú úpravu poisťovníctva a zaisťovníctva v Slovenskej republike a vplyv Európskej únie na legislatívu Slovenskej republiky.
