Impact of the Financial Crisis on the Prices of Residential Property
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hlavními příčinami vzniku globální krize z různých pohledů a ukazuje důsledky vlivu jejího působení ve světě a v České republice. Analyzuje vývoj trhu, popisuje makroekonomickou situaci a zabývá se pohybem průměrných prodejních cen jednotlivých segmentů na trhu s nemovitostmi. Praktická část obsahuje dvě zprávy o hodnocení nemovitosti a analýzu trhu Prahy 9.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis examines the main causes of the global crisis from different perspectives and shows the consequences of the impact of its actions in the world and the Czech Republic. It analyzes market trends, describing the macroeconomic situation and focuses on the changes of average selling prices of individual real estate market segments.
