Spôsoby výkonu exekúcie a na peňažné plnenie

Manners of Execution of Cash Feasance
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with manners of execution of cash feasance. In the first part is indicated general description of enforcement proceedings, it’s principles, and also subjects of execution. Second part is dedicated to the course of enforcement proceedings, used enforceable and execution costs. Last part compares manners of execution of cash feasance in Slovak and Czech legal regulation.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spôsobmi výkonu exekúcie na peňažné plnenia. V prvej časti je naznačený všeobecný popis exekučného konania, jeho zásad a tiež subjektov exekúcie. Druhá časť sa venuje priebehu exekučného konania, používaným exekučným titulom a trovám konania. Posledná časť porovnáva spôsoby výkonu exekúcie na peňažné plnenie medzi slovenskou a českou právnou úpravou.
