Abstract:
V dnešní ekonomice mají malé a střední podniky významné postavení, proto je pro zaměstnavatele MSP nutností, aby si uvědomili , že zaměstnanci nejsou pouze faktorem jejich využití, ale jsou zdrojem jejich úspěchu.
