Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zpracovává rešerši zabývající se sýry holandského typu a to jak tuzemské tak zahraniční produkce, jejich výrobou a také vlivem jejich konzumace na výživu člověka. Teoretická část dále zpracovává aktuální problematiku systému chráněného zeměpisného označení a jeho použití. The thesis dealing with the Dutch-type cheeses, both national and foreign production, cheese production and consumption due to human nutrition. The theoretical part also handles the current issue of the protected geographical indication and its use.
