Restoration of two painted scenes on the nave's ceiling and on the northern oratory ceiling in the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Klokoty

Abstract:

Tato práce prezentuje kompletní restaurování jednoho malovaného výjevu v lodi kostela Nanebevzetí Panny Marie v Klokotech z konce 19. století. Autorem maleb je akademický malíř Vojtěch Bartoněk. Jedná se o výjev ve štukovém zrcadle doplněný textovým polem, také ve štukovém zrcadle. Malovaný výjev i textové pole se nacházejí nejblíže jihovýchodnímu koutu lodi kostela. Výjev je jakýmsi obrazovým znázorněním textu, zpodobňuje kráčejícího muže a anděla v krajině. Další restaurovanou částí je jeden z výjevů v severní oratoři téhož kostela. V tomto případě se jedná o barokně vyzdobený prostor s kompozice vztahujícími se k sv. Janu Nepomuckému. Restaurovanou částí, kterou prezentuje tato práce, je výjev ve štukovém zrcadle s nápisovým polem, nacházejí se v jižní části klenby oratoře.

Abstract:

This thesis presents complete restoration of part of mural in the curch nave in the church of Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Klokoty from the end of the 19. century. It is a painted scene on the stucco mirror complemented by the text square. Text is also on the stucco mirror. Painted scene and the text square are both near the southeast corner of the church nave. The scene is a pictorial representation of the text, which represents walking man and angel in the country. Next restorated part is one of the scenes in the north oratory of the church. In this case we talk about baroque decorated space with motives of the st. Jan Nepomucký. Restorated part is scene on the stucco mirror with text square. Both, scene and text square are in the sousth part of the oratory vault.
