The accounting and economic software as a part of information system of a company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ,,Účetní a ekonomický software jako součást informačního systému podniku‘‘ je zaměřena na komparaci dvou softwarů v příspěvkové organizaci. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, jako je vývoj samotného účetnictví, softwarů, jejich využití, význam a charakteristice organizace. V druhé části práce a zároveň dílčím cílem je porovnání softwarů, který organizace používala a zavedení nového softwaru. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je návrh směrnice pro vydané faktury včetně účtování v příspěvkové organizaci.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis ,,Accounting and economic software as a part of information system of a company‘‘ is focused on a comparison of two softwares in a state-funded institution. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical knowledge, such as development of accounting, softwares and its usage, the institution's purpose and its characteristic. In the second part of this thesis, which was also my partial objective, is a comparison of software that the institution had been using in the past with the establishment of a new software. The main objective of this thesis is a proposal of directive for issued invoices including accounting in state-funded institution.
