Anotace Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bossingu. V teoretické části jsou popsány formy, příčiny, fáze a důsledky mobbingu a bossingu. Empirická část obsahuje kvantitativní průzkumné šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí dotazníků a mapuje tuto problematiku ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Annotation This dissertation is focused on the problems of mobbing and bossing. The theoretical part is concerned with a description of different forms, causes, phases and the consequences of mobbing and bossing.
