The use of supporting therapies in speech therapy for children with severe intellectual disabilities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím podpůrných terapiíí při logopedické péči u dětí s těžším mentálním postižením, jejím cílem byla analýza logopedické intervence, motorických dovedností a činností u vybraného žáka MŠ speciální. Pojednává o možnostech terapeutických postupů a cvičení, které slouží k rozvoji osobnosti dítěte a jeho komunikačních schopností. Bakalářská práce je členěna do tří kapitol, první část pojednává o problematice kombinovaného postižení, v druhé kapitole je vysvětlen pojem logopedické intervence, jsou zde zmíněna specifika vývoje řeči dětí s mozkovou obrnou a popsány konkrétní terapie. Výzkumná část obsahuje kazuistiku dívky s mozkovou obrnou, která je vzdělávána v mateřské škole speciální, a analýzu výsledků anketního šetření.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the use of supportive care therapies in speech therapy for children with severe mental disabilities, its aim was the analysis of speech therapy, motor skills and activities of the selected child in a special nursery school. Discusses the possibilities of therapeutic procedures and exercises are used to develop the child's personality and communication skills. The thesis is divided into three chapters, the first part deals with the problem of multiple disability, the second chapter explains the concept of speech therapy, there are mentioned specifics of speech development of children with cerebral palsy and described specific therapy. The research part contains casuistry of girl with cerebral palsy who is educated in a special nursery school, and analysis of results of inquiry.
