The Project of Risk Management Application in the Restaurace u Zámku

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce byla zaměřena na problematiku řízení rizik v restauračním prostředí na konkrétním příkladu společnosti restaurace u Zámku. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat existující postupy řízení rizik, navrhnout a implementovat zlepšení a zhodnotit jejich efektivitu. V práci byly použity metody kvantitativní i kvalitativní analýzy rizik a strategie řízení rizik, které byly aplikovány na konkrétní situaci v restauraci u Zámku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis was focused on the issue of risk management in the restaurant environment on the concrete example of the company restaurant u Zámku. The aim of the work was to analyze existing risk management procedures, propose and implement improvements and evaluate their effectiveness. The work used methods of quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and risk management strategies, which were applied to a specific situation in the restaurant u Zámku.
