Electronic evidence of sales and its impact on business

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje problematice zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb v ČR v roce 2016 a jejího dopadu na podnikání. Toto téma bylo zvoleno z důvodu, že je problematika elektronické evidence tržeb stále intenzivně diskutovaným tématem mezi politiky a širokou veřejností. Od konce roku 2016 v České republice funguje systém elektronické evidence tržeb, který má podle důvodové zprávy k platnému zákonu zejména narovnat podnikatelské prostředí. Krácením příjmů a jejich řádným nezaevidováním mají některé podnikatelské subjekty na trhu výhodu a jsou vlivem nezákonného krácení daní v konkurenční výhodě. Elektronická evidence tržeb by měla zajistit zrušení této výhody. Cílem práce bude na základě analýzy nákladů vyhodnotit dopad na zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb na vybraný podnik včetně vlivu na hospodářský výsledek.

Abstract:

The focus of the work is on the implementation of the electronic records of sales in the Czech Republic in 2016 and its impact on business. This topic was chosen because the issue of electronic records of sales is still an intensively discussed topic among politicians and the general public. Since the end of 2016, a system of electronic records of sales has been operating in the Czech Republic, which, according to the explanatory memorandum to the applicable law, is intended to flatten the business environment. By cutting revenues and not recording them properly, some businesses have an advantage in the market and are a competitive advantage due to illegal tax cuts. Electronic records of sales should ensure the abolition of this benefit. The aim of the work will be based on the analysis of costs to evaluate the impact of the implementation of the electronic records of sales for the selected company, including the impact on its economic result.
