Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním podnikové kultury a pracovní spokojenosti. Cílem práce je zhodnotit podnikovou kulturu vybraných firem, zjistit spokojenost jejich zaměstnanců a uvést firmám doporučení pro zlepšení situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. This Bachelor’s thesis elaborates on the study of company culture and employee satisfaction.
