Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou hormonálních dysbalancí v období klimakteria a jeho vlivu na tkáně v dutině ústní. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu klimakteria, jeho etiologii a terapii. Dále jsou zde popsány jednotlivé projevy klimakteria zaměřené podrobněji na potíže v dutině ústní. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkové šetření, které probíhalo v ordinaci zubního lékaře. Thesis points on the problem of hormonal imbalance during climacterium and its effects on tissues in the oral cavity. The theoretical part is focused on description of climacterium, etiology and treatment. Furthermore, symptoms of climacterium and various problems in the oral cavity are described.
