Cílem této práce je popis sporu o tzv. církevní restituce v České republice. Bývalý majetek církví nebyl po změně režimu zahrnut do obecného restitučního zákona a v následujících letech se téma těchto restitucí stalo jedním z důležitých sporů české politiky. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is a description of dispute over the church restitution in the Czech republic. The general restitution law, approved after the change of regime, did not apply at the former church property and the subject of church restitution became one of important disputes in the Czech politics.
