Cílem diplomové práce je v praktické části ukázat, jak může být kultura, v tomto případě divadlo, přínosná v ziskovém sektoru. Pilotní projekt s ambicí proveditelnosti v Horáckém divadle v Jihlavě je zaměřen zvláště na rozšíření nabídky teambuildingových aktivit pro firmy. The aim of this thesis is in the practical part to show how culture, in this case theater, may be helpful in the profit sector. A pilot project with the ambition feasibility in Horacke Theater Jihlava, focuses particularly on expanding teambuilding activities for companies.
