Cílem této bakalářské práce je zejména charakteristika a srovnání úvěru a leasingu. První část práce je zaměřena na podrobný popis obou finančních nástrojů, jejich právní úpravu a historii a pozornost je věnována také účetním a daňovým aspektům obou instrumentů. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize and compare credit and leasing. The first part is focused on a detailed specification of these financial instruments and their legal regulations and history. Also mentioned are accounting and tax aspects.
