Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení lezeckého sportovního centra v Olomouci. Teoretická část práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o malých a středních podnicích, podrobně rozebírá strukturu podnikatelského plánu a vyjadřuje se k obsahu jeho jednotlivých bodů.
