Influence of pea variety on the content of organic nutrients

Abstract:

Diplomová práce charakterizuje hrách setý (Pisum sativum L.), jeho chemické složení, pěstování, šlechtění a využití ve výživě hospodářských zvířat. Cílem praktické části bylo zhodnotit obsah organických živin (dusíkaté látky, popel, obsah kyseliny fytové (PA), P fytátový, P celkový, P volný a fytáza) u odrůd Protecta, Turnia, Eso a Abarth. Vybrané odrůdy byly hnojeny fosforem a zinkem v rozdílných formách a dávkách. Z celkové analýzy vyplývá, že obsah kyseliny fytové je vysoký, u žádné z odrůd ne-byl prokázán nízký nález. U skupin ošetřených zinkem byl zjištěn nižší obsah fytátu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis characterizes peas (Pisum sativum L.), its chemical composition, cultivation, breeding and use in animal nutrition. The aim of the practical part was to evaluate the content of organic nutrients (nitrogenous substances, ash, content of phytic acid (PA), P phytate, P total, P free and phytase) in varieties Protecta, Turnia, Eso and Abarth. Selected varieties were fertilized with phosphorus and zinc in different forms and doses.The overall analysis shows that the content of phytic acid is high, no finding was found in any of the varieties. A lower phytate content was found in the zinc-treated groups.
