Health Service Financing

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci na téma „Financování zdravotnictví“ bylo mým hlavním cílem přiblížit specifickou problematiku financování a fungování zdravotnictví v České republice i v některých jiných státech světa. V první části práce jsem se zaměřila na základní pojmy užívané ve zdravotnictví, dále na postavení a úlohu zdravotních pojišťoven v systému financování v České republice. Ve druhé části práce jsem se věnovala financování zdravotnických zařízení v České republice, to znamená úhrady zdravotní péče podle druhů poskytované péče, podrobně se zaměřila na nově zavedené regulační poplatky - přímé platby od ošetřených pacientů s uvedením konkrétních údajů při výběru těchto poplatků v kraji Vysočina za ošetření na lékařské službě první pomoci a lůžkových zařízeních. Ve třetí části práce bylo mým cílem popsat problematika způsobu a úhrady zdravotní péče poskytnuté cizincům na území České republiky, dále v této souvislosti stručně nastínila systémy zdravotnictví v zahraničí. V závěru bakalářské práce jsem zhodnotila výsledky své práce a uvedu možná východiska a náměty „de lege ferenda“.

Abstract:

In my thesis dealing with the topic ‘Financing of health’ was my aim to approach specific issue of financing and operation of health service in the Czech Republic and in some other countries in the world. I devoted the first part of my thesis to the basic terms used in health service after that I focused to situation and role of health insurance companies in the system of financing in the Czech Republic. The second part I attend to financing of medical facilities in the Czech Republic which means the payment of health care according to type of care. In more detail I focused on newly introduced regulatory charges – direct payments from patients treated with an indication of specific facts in the selection of these taxes in the region Vysocina for treatment at medical services of first aid and residential facilities. My aim in the third part of my thesis was to describe the issue of method and costs of health care provided to foreigners in the Czech Republic after that I tried to describe systems of health service in foreign countries. In the concluding selection of my thesis I reviewed the results of my thesis and I established my own proposal ‘de lege ferenda’.
