Business Continuity Plan in the Crisis Situations
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou kontinuity činností v železniční dopravě v České republice. Věnuje se základním otázkám řízení kontinuity činností a jeho praktickému zavedení do organizace. Práce analyzuje rizika a dopady. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh plánu kontinuity činností pro organizační jednotku provozovatele dráhy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of business continuity in rail transport in the Czech Republic. It devotes to the basic issues of business continuity management and its practical implementation in the organization. The thesis analyses the risks and impacts. The aim is to create a draft of business continuity plan for the organizational unit of the railway operator.
