Application Potential of Open-source GIS in Logistics Processes
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na open source geografické systémy. Cílem práce je ukázat aplikační potenciál open source GIS nástrojů v logistických procesech a poukázat na možnost minimalizace finančních nákladů při zavádění GIS v prostředí malé firmy. V práci jsou popsány vybrané open source nástroje pro GIS.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on open source geographic systems. The aim of the thesis is to show the application potential of the open source GIS tools in logistic processes and to point out the possibility of minimizing financial costs when introducing GIS in a small company. Selected open source tools for GIS are described in the thesis.
