Inovace výrobního procesu strojírenských podniků ve vazbě na obchodní portfolio

Abstract:

Inovace výrobního procesu a inovace obchodní strategie podniků je velice důležitý atribut pro dosažení vysoké konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti podnikatelských subjektů. Inovace ve výrobním procesu pozitivně ovlivňují tzv. trojimperativ, v rámci kterého je žádoucí udržet vyváženost mezi kvalitou produktu, jeho cenou a časem realizace. Tlak na tyto faktory není stejný napříč odvětvími, ale liší se trhem, resp. odvětvím, ve kterém daný podnik působí. Možnosti inovací s dopadem na výrobní proces MSP byly demonstrovány na modelovém strojírenském podniku zabývajícím se zakázkovou výrobou s orientací na hydraulické části strojů. Pro hodnocení přínosů inovace byly analyzovány vlivy technického charakteru na průběh podnikových procesů a její zhodnocení prostřednictvím finanční analýzy vycházející z ekonomicko-finanční bilance podniku. Prokázán byl značný vliv inovací na úsporu času a samotnou racionalizaci procesů. Velikost marže výrazně ovlivněna nebyla, nicméně bylo možné prokázat, že navýšení výrobní kapacity umožnilo nárůst objemu tržeb. S ohledem na datový vzorek, na němž byl výzkum realizován, lze konstatovat platnost výsledků komprimující reprezentativní vzorek modelových podniků, v rámci něhož byl vytvořen obecný metodický postup pro stanovení potenciálu inovací u MSP s důrazem na využití technologických řešení ve výrobním procesu.

Abstract:

Innovation of the production process and innovation of the business strategy of enterprises is a very important attribute for achieving high competitiveness and performance of business entities. Innovation in the production process positively influence the so-called triple-imperative, within which it is desirable to maintain a balance between the quality of the product, its price and the time of implementation. The pressure on these factors is not the same across sectors, but differs in the market or sector in which the enterprise operates. The possibilities of innovation with an impact on the production process of SMEs were demonstrated at a model engineering company engaged in custom manufacturing with a focus on hydraulic machine parts. To assess the benefits of innovation, its evaluation through financial analysis based on the economic and financial balance of the enterprise and the technical impacts on business processes were analysed. A significant impact of innovation on time savings and the rationalisation of processes itself was demonstrated. The size of the margin was not significantly affected, but it was possible to show that the increase in production capacity enabled an increase in sales volume. With regard to the data sample on which the research was conducted, it can be stated that the results are valid, compressing a representative sample of model enterprises, within which a general methodological procedure for determining the potential for innovation in SMEs was developed, with an emphasis on the use of technological solutions in the production process.
