Anotace:

In the process of financial globalization and diversification, the issue of financial stability has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world. This paper attempts to reveal the relationship between the banking structure and the world financial stability by comparing and analysing the situation of the banking system in China and Europe. This paper first introduces the current international banking market structure model, the bank's business objectives and principles. From the current situation of commercial bank business development analysis and explore its impact and countermeasures. Through the case study of the digital transformation of European banks, this paper analyses the model and inspiration of the digital transformation of Chinese and European banks. Finally, the financial and business performance of Chinese and European banks and the comparison of banks in China and Europe under the impact of the epidemic were compared to show the comparison of the banking system and its stability in China and Europe.
