Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je soudní přezkum nezákonného rozhodnutí správního orgánu. Cílem práce je hledání odpovědi na otázku, z jakého důvodu jsou nejčastěji rozhodnutí správních orgánů zrušena pro nezákonnost. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is a judicial review of unlawful decisions made by administrative bodies. The aim of the thesis is to find answer of the question, what is the main reason to cancel decisions made by administrative bodies for their illegality.
