Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení vývoje kapitálových společností od antiky k dnešku a srovnání se současným stavem. Jádrem práce je hodnocení valné hromady jako nástroje kolektivní kontroly a řízení společnosti. The bachelor thesis is focused on assessing the development of capital companies from antiques and comparing with the current state. The core of the work is the evaluation of general meetings as a tool for collective control and management of the company.
