Sources of financing a non-profit organization - sport association

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi získávání finančních prostředků sportovního svazu, neziskové organizace. Hledání a získávání nových zdrojů financování je každodenním tématem všech neziskových organizací a jejich vedení. Práce se skládá z teoretických kapitol ohledně členění neziskových organizací a nejčastějších možností financování těchto organizací a dále poznatků z nestátní neziskové organizace, která sdružuje více než tisíc sportovců. Důraz je kladen na strukturu rozpočtu sportovního svazu a jeho naplnění. Na závěr jsou, na základě posledního schváleného rozpočtu svazu, navržena možná řešení jeho naplnění v případě výpadku některého zdroje či změny dotačních možností. To je také cílem práce.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with processing opportunities for obtaining funds from the sports association, non-profit organizations. Searching and obtaining of new sources funds is daily topic for all non-profit organizations and their executive boards. Thesis is divided into theoretical chapter about division of non-profit organizations and the most frequent funding opportunities for these organizations, as well as findings from a specific non-governmental non-profit organization bringing together more than a thousand athletes. Emphasis is placed on the structure of the budget of the sports association and its fulfillment. In conclusion, based on the last approved budget of the Association, a possible solution to its fulfillment is proposed in the event of a failure of a source or a change in the grant possibilities. This is also the goal of the work.
