Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo porovnání pohybové aktivity u policistů České republiky v zaměstnání a ve volném čase. Porovnání je realizováno pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku a záznamového archu pohybové aktivity. Výzkumu se účastní 30 policistů, skupina je tvořena aktivními sportovci, tak sportovci rekreačními. The subject of the bachelor thesis was a comparison of physical activity in police officers of the Czech Republic in their work and in their leisure time. The comparison will be carried out using a standardized questionnaire and a record sheet of physical activity.
