Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje aktuální úpravu svobody podnikání fyzických osob v právu EU. Východiskem je analýza primárního i sekundárního práva včetně relevantní judikatury a komparace komentářové literatury. Komplexním způsobem je vymezeno postavení svobody podnikání v systematice SFEU. This bachelor thesis outlines the current legislation related to the freedom of establishment of natural persons in the EU law. An analysis of primary and secondary law including the relevant case laws and a comparison of comment literature are the starting point.
