Legal and economic opportunities of direction of the European Union in times of crisis

Abstract:

Ve své práci jsem nastínil hlavní ekonomické problémy Evropské unie a snažil se hledat jejich řešení. Zaměřil jsem se na problém Lisabonské smlouvy, která nesplnila svůj úkol, kterým bylo zjednodušení prvního pilíře a posunula Evropu blíže k federalizaci. Dále jsem se zabýval problémy v Itálii a Řecku. Došel jsem k závěru, že v každé zemi je potřeba jiné řešení a že Itálie je na rozdíl od Řecka poměrně stabilní.

Abstract:

In my work I have outlined major economic problems of the European union and tried to find their solution. I focused on the problem of the Lisabon treaty, which didn't fulfill her task, which was the simplyfying of the first pillar and moved Europe closer to federalization. Further I dealt with problems in Italy and Greece. I drew to the conclusion, that in every country is required another solution and that Italy is unlike Greece relatively stable.
