Zahraničně obchodní operace v praxi vybrané firmy

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zbývá zahraničně obchodními operacemi. Cílem práce je analyzovat zahraničně obchodní činnost vybrané firmy a shrnout rozdíly oproti tuzemským plněním. Dílčím cílem je zhodnotit obchodní činnost dané firmy a upozornit na možnou optimalizaci procesů.V teoretické části práce jsou diskutovány obecné souvislosti zahraničně obchodních operací, především obchodu se zbožím a službami, kterými se firmy expandující na zahraniční trh musí zabývat. Jedná se především o služby nutné k zajištění obchodu, volbu dodacích podmínek, hlášení Intrastat a celní problematiku. Praktická část se nejprve věnuje obecné charakteristice činnosti firmy. Dále jsou vybrány obchodní případy, na kterých je ilustrován rozdíl tuzemských a zahraničních plnění. U daných transakcí je také analyzována chybná interpretace a uveden správný účetní a daňový výklad.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the foreign trade transactions. The goal is to analyze the business of the chosen company and to summarize the differences between inland and foreign transactions. The partial goal is to evaluate the activity of the chosen company and to point out opportunities for improvement. The general context of the goods and services trade is discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis. It involves services that are necessary to run the trade, delivery terms, Intrastat and customs duty. The practical part deals with general characteristics of the trade of the chosen company. Then, it analyses particular business cases and shows the differences between inland and foreign transactions. Furthermore, the mistakes of the transactions are analyzed and the correct interpretation is shown from the accounting and the tax point of view.
