Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku edukace při propouštění pacientů z interního oddělení. V teoretické části práce se zabývám potřebami pacienta a to zejména potřebou informovanosti nemocného, dále pedagogikou a edukací jak obecně, tak také edukací v ošetřovatelském procesu a také zdravotnickou a ošetřovatelskou dokumentací, zejména z hlediska propouštěcí zprávy. This bachelor's thesis is focused on educational matters connected with discharging patients from the department of internal medicine. In the theoretical part, I deal with patient's needs, mainly patient's information need, further general education and education in nursing process, medical and nursing documentation, especially discharge report.
