Porovnávací studium vlivů parametrů výboje na vlastnosti plazmatu koplanárního bariérového výboje

Tato práce se věnuje studiu vlivu emisních vrstev vytvořených na povrchu 96% korundové keramiky,co by bariéry v koplanárním bariérovém výboji, na parametry výboje a plazmatu výboje hořícího v N2, Ar, resp. ve vzduchu. Abstract:
In this work the influence of emission layers created on the surface of 96% alumina ceramic barrier on the discharge and plasma parameters of coplanar barrier discharge was studied. As the emission layers the BaO and TiO2 layers as well as nitrogen ion implanted alumina were used and the discharge was performed in N2, Ar and ambient air.
