Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi komunikace mezi místní samosprávou a občany. Teoretická část pojednává o komunikaci obecně, o významu a specifikách interakce mezi občany a městem a přináší seznam zavedených i méně obvyklých komunikačních nástrojů. Diploma thesis deals with possibilities of communication between local government and citizens.
