Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje využití expresního systému kvasinky Pichia pastoris k heterologní expresi a funkční charakterizaci c-myc tag značeného cryptogeinu. Cílem práce bylo naklonovat gen pro zmíněný protein v kvasince Pichia pastoris. This bachelor thesis deals with using Pichia pastoris expression system for heterologous expression and functional characterisation of c-myc tagged cryptogein. The goal of this thesis was to cloned the gene for the former protein in Pichia pastoris.
