Management by competencies in a IT company
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to propose possible realization of management by competencies in company from real environment together with proper support IT tools. The thesis also has its interest in theory that management by competencies is suitable managerial style for governance of IT company.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je navrhnúť možnú realizáciu nasadenia manažmentu podľa kompetencií do reálnej spoločnosti vrátane vhodných podporných IT nástrojov. Zároveň sa práca zaoberá hypotézou, či je manažment podľa kompetencií vhodným manažérskym štýlom pre riadenie IT spoločností.
