Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pozůstalostními spisy žen sepsanými mezi lety 1800-1839 v obci Čeladná, ležící v hukvaldském panství. Všechny tyto dokumenty jsou uloženy v Zemském archivu Opava, pobočka Olomouc. Hlavním cílem bylo shromáždit dostatečný počet pozůstalostních spisů sepsaných v době úmrtí žen v Čeladné v prvních čtyřiceti letech 19. století. Na základě důkladného rozboru těchto spisů byly získány informace o sociálním postavení žen, o jejich majetku a jeho následném odkázání svým potomkům, tedy dědicům.

Abstract:

This submitted diploma thesis deals with probate acts written by women between the years 1800 to 1839 in Čeladná village, which is located in the Hukvaldy domain. These all documents are represented within the collection held by the Regional Archives in Opava, subdivision in Olomouc. Main aim of the thesis is to gather up ample numbers od probate acts written by women in Čeladná village in the time of their death in the first forty years of 19th century. There is a thorough analysis of these documents and according to this, important information about the women´s social position, about their property and after that bequeathing to thein descandants (or inheritors), were obtained.
