This work discusses the character not only as the victim in the criminal process, but also the victim of a crime as such. In this work is the detail person and injured his procedural rights. Táto práca sa zaoberá nielen postavou poškodeného ako strany v trestnom procese, ale aj obeťou trestného činu ako takou. V tejto práci sa zaoberám osobou poškodeného a podrobnejšie jeho procesným právami. Moja práca oboznámi čitateľa právami a povinnosťami poškodeného v trestnom konaní, oboznámi ho s úlohou štátu pri odškodňovaní obetí trestnej činnosti a poukáže na obeť trestného činu.
