Abstract:

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts.The main target of the procurement logistics is to satisfy the production requirements of the materials with the highest possible economic efficiency. In theoretical part in diploma work I analyze current and execution of procurement process in EU and Ukraine, comparing systems of those regions, identify disadvantages of existing management processes and offer my solution of procurement management strategy. In Practical part I wrote about analysis of retail turnover, analysis of environment,ABC - and XYZ – classifications. Procurement measurement model. Types of procurement strategy. Recommendations for improving procurement management strategy for firm: Zaporizhzhya “OilGroup” .Procurement Improvement Plan. Calculation of make-out point of Zaporizhzhya OilGroup Definition and implementation of reserve savings and / or cost optimization of resources. Methodological approaches to assess the efficiency of the logistics system elaboration. Fuzzy modeling
