Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje post-translačním modifikacím tubulinu a jejím možným úlohám v regulaci buněčných procesů. První část práce je věnována úvodu ke struktuře tubulinu a mikrotubulů ve vztahu k jejich funkcím v buňce a taktéž krátkému úvodu k významu post-translačních modifikací.
