Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku procesu propouštění a využití outplacementu v tomto procesu. Zároveň se věnuje významu tohoto procesu jak pro propouštěné zaměstnance, tak pro zaměstnavatele iniciující propouštění. Průběh propouštění je následně zkoumán v konkrétním regionu.Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat současné podoby a formy propouštění zaměstnanců ve vybraném regionu. Jako zkoumaný region byl vybrán okres Benešov, který se nachází v jižní části Středočeského kraje. Tento region je tvořen třemi správními obvody (Benešov, Vlašim, Votice). Celkem se na jeho území nachází 114 obcí a má 96 273 obyvatel. Podoby a formy procesu propouštění byly zjišťovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnavateli a propuštěnými zaměstnanci v regionu. Výsledky ukázaly, že v řadě případů dochází k pochybení zaměstnavatelů v procesu propouštění jak z hlediska legislativního, tak etického. Dále bylo zjištěno, že outplacement není v regionu příliš rozšířen a využíván. Jednotlivé výsledky šetření jsou průběžně komentovány a hodnoceny.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the characteristics of the process of dismissal and the use of outplacement in this process. It also deals with the importance of this process for both the dismissed employess and employers initiating dismissal. The course of dismisall is subsequently researched in specific region. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current shapes and forms of dismissal of employees in the selected region. As exploration region was chosen district of Benešov, which is located in the southern part of the Central county. This region is formed by three administratives districts (Benešov, Vlašim, Votice). In total on its territory located 114 municipalities and has a population of 96 273 inhabitants. Shapes an forms of the process of dismissal were found out through a questionnaire survey among employers and dismised employees in the region. The reults showed that in many cases there is a misconduct of employers in the process of dismissal of employers both in the legislative and ethical way. Furthemore, it was found that outplacement isn't too extended and used in the region. Individual survey results are continuously commented and evaluated.
